VISITORS TO OUR WEBSITE
When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempts to find out the identities of those visiting our website. IP ADDRESSES
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
PURCHASING ONLINE WITH THE SOCIETY OF ALCHEMISTS
We may collect and process the following data about you during your purchase with us: Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site thesocietyofalchemists.co.uk. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services including your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card details.
We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our site.

We use that information for a couple of reasons: to give you updates you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records and to ensure that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade e-mail lists with other organisations and businesses.
